-Generally speaking orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receipt, although most times sooner. Any delay beyond 3-5 days on fulfilment and shipment, you will receive an update via email and it will be announced on our Instagram @balcosmeticsco and facebook.com/boldandluscious.

Post Office Determines Shipping length of time

-Post office days are subject to change due to business demand. During holidays season, we may have one ship day per week or more per week based on order volume to allow us time to fulfill our orders. Currently our ship days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Any orders placed before 6pm on those days will also ship (if they do not contain Body Butter for Fridays)
As of 01/01/2023, our ship days are: Tuesdays an Thursdays (Weekly). If you order Friday through Monday, your order may not go out until the next ship day. If you order Body Butters or Body products that melt, we do not ship these items over the weekend to avoid melting.
-FREE SHIPPING is not available on wholesale orders unless discussed with Bold and Luscious Cosmetics prior to order fulfillment. It is also not available on any third party apparel as we do not set the shipping costs for those items.
- Once the order has been scanned as shipped and in route, please follow up with your carrier with any issues or delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
-During the holiday season, please allow extra time for package delivery due to mail volume across the Country.
-Sorry. We don't issue refunds for packages misplaced by the courier, once it has left our facility, please follow up with them for any and all issues:
