For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery. We ship orders containing these products Monday through Wednesday with the fastest shipping speed available to try to prevent delay in shipment processing, but ultimately once it leaves for the carrier, they are responsible for your order’s delivery.
