About Subscriptions and Bundles
We are pleased to announce our new subscription service on select products available on our website! When you enroll in this program, you get the convenience of getting the items tat you love at an automatic interval that works best for you. We'll collect your payment information at checkout and automatically charge and ship your items when its time. It's a hassle free way for you to get the items you love without having to take the time to shop for it every Month. Just think of it as your personal shopper for Bold and Luscious!
Eligible items will have the subscribe and save badge visible right on the product page like this example below.
You'll get to select from a few preset delivery options and once you complete the checkout, we will fill that item when the time comes every Month. We will begin with our best selling product collections such as Glassy Gloss, Diva Matte, Body Dream product, Concealers and Foundations.
You set the pace and we'll do the rest! You're in complete control of how often you get replenished.
When you enroll in the program, you will also be issued instructions on how to cancel. If you're having issues, email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
There are multiple ways to reach our customer service department. We are a growing indie brand, so unfortunately we do not have 24 hour customer service, but we do strive to respond within 24 hours.
