We are pleased to announce our new subscription service on select products available on our website! When you enroll in this program, you get the convenience of getting the items tat you love at an automatic interval that works best for you. We'll collect your payment information at checkout and automatically charge and ship your items when its time. It's a hassle free way for you to get the items you love without having to take the time to shop for it every Month. Just think of it as your personal shopper for Bold and Luscious!

What Products are eligible?
Eligible items will have the subscribe and save badge visible right below the product price. You'll get to select from a few preset delivery options.
Once you complete the checkout, we will fill that item when the time comes every Month.
How often will my items come?
You set the pace and we'll do the rest! You're in complete control of how often you get replenished.
How Do I Cancel?
When you enroll in the program, you will also be issued instructions on how to cancel. If you're having issues, email info@balcosmetics.com for assistance.
How can I contact your customer support?
There are multiple ways to reach our customer service department. We are a growing indie brand, so unfortunately we do not have 24 hour customer service, but we do strive to respond within 24 hours.

What are Bundle Items?
Bundles are preset groups of items commonly purchased together in our store. We've made it convenient for you to get coordinating body scents, and complimentary items with our new bundles based on customer behavior.
What items are currently available for bundles?
We currently offer bundles in our Body Dream Skin and Body Collection and our Gloss and Matte collections.
