"Will our Body Butters Come Back?"

Picture this: You've just put the last scoop of our handmade Body Butters on your skin. Your skin loves it, but now we've halted selling them for the Summer. Ugh. 

We'll admit, we didn't expect to receive so many emails about our Body Butters over the Summer. The last ship day for them was May 15th.  Will they be back? Why aren't they for sale? Is something wrong with them?  

We've rounded up some of the most common questions below and hope it helps our beauties with the separation anxiety.

WE DON'T SHIP IT IN THE SUMMER BECAUSE IT MELTS.

Our Body Butters contain all natural ingredients and are very delicate in shipping in warmer weather. It has a melt point of 115-120 degrees, but this can get tricky when your carriers leave it on a loading dock or in a hot truck for hours.

For these reasons, they are a seasonal item shipping late August through April only. We do offer local pickup within 14 miles of our facility. You are all really loving our natural ingredients in this product and we don't want to compromise its formula with additional ingredients to expand its melting point, so we decided seasonal was the best option.

MELTING THE BUTTER DOESN'T RUIN THE PRODUCT.

Melting does not change or bother the effectiveness of the products. Because it’s made with nut butters which derive from oils, they move freely between liquid and solid at different temperatures.

THE COST WE WOULD HAVE TO PASS ON WASN'T WORTH IT.

We're always thinking of our beauties.  In order to ship in the Summer, it involved thermal packaging, ice packs, freezing and next day shipping.  In the end, the cost we would have to pass on to our Bold Babes was more than sat right with us. The cost of extra packaging, overnight shipping and ice packs would mean we have to raise our costs to you which we don’t want to do at this time.

IT AIN'T PRETTY, BUT IT WORKS!

Although melted butter isn’t as pretty, it still does wonders. Should your butter ever melt, simply refrigerate overnight to return to a solid state.

Our Body Butters will be returning to our site for online order September 1st to the general public. We'll be opening presales up August 15th.  If you attend our event August 7th, You'll get dibs on the butters before anyone else. How cool is that?
