Directions

For best wear of matte lipsticks: Prep your lips by using a lip scrub. This will ensure you are starting with a smooth surface. Apply a moisturizer such as Vaseline, lip oil, or other moisturizer 20 minutes before your lipstick. this prevents your lips from soaking in the product. Apply as desired. Reapply as necessary.
